Return/Exchange Policy-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. All sale items are non returnable.

We make every effort to get your package to you quickly. Your order is processed without delay, generally within 48 hours. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which generally takes 4-6 days for delivery once the order is processed.

Your shipping address must be a street address. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s.

If you need your package in a hurry, we offer two express shipping service options. 1) you can choose UPS 2nd Day Air for an extra cost of $6.00. 2) you may choose UPS Overnite shipping for an extra cost of $15.00. We will make every effort to process orders placed before 9 AM Eastern Time on the same day and ship them at the end of the same day that you ordered. Orders placed after 9 AM Eastern Time will be processed the next day. All shipments are subject to merchandise availability.

We cannot be responsible for delayed packages due to acts of nature (snowstorms, hurricanes, tornados etc.).

If an item is on back order, it will be shipped to you upon receipt in our warehouse.
